THE BUILDERS
SEBASTIEN DEGUIRE
Co-Founder
Sebastien started his career in Landscape Architecture after graduating from the University of Montreal in 2009. He spent over a decade working in both the private and public sectors, gaining extensive experience in the field.
In 2020, Sebastien shifted focus to real estate investing and renovations. He has since transformed numerous single-family homes into legal multi-family properties, demonstrating his deep understanding of planning, design, and construction.

DOMINIC COUTURE
Co-Founder
Dominic's journey as an electrician commenced in 2011 when he graduated from Algonquin College with top-notch skills. Over the course of a decade, he honed his expertise while dedicatedly serving with a respected private company. During these years, he meticulously fine-tuned his craft, earning a reputation as a highly qualified electrician.
In 2020, Dominic embarked on a new chapter, transitioning his passion for Real Estate investing and renovations into a full-time pursuit. His track record boasts the transformation of numerous single-family homes into legally compliant multi-family, and he has been instrumental in enhancing the grandeur of several high-end residences.
With an intricate understanding of building construction and a proven knack for adept project management, Dominic is the driving force behind our mission to deliver projects promptly and to the loftiest standards.
